Every persona in TestSynthia is entirely AI-generated. No real people were surveyed. No demographic databases of actual humans were used. These are behavioral models, not stolen identities.
Your product concepts, survey questions, and response data are never used to train our models or improve our personas. What you test stays in your account and goes nowhere else.
Our personas are constructed from statistical distributions and cultural knowledge, not scraped from real consumer databases, credit bureaus, or surveillance data. We simulate behavior — we do not leak it.
All survey inputs, response data, and generated insights are stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
You can delete your surveys, responses, and account data at any time. When you delete something, it is gone — we do not keep hidden copies.
TestSynthia personas are generated using large language models conditioned on demographic distributions, regional cultural knowledge, and behavioral archetypes. They are not profiles of real individuals.
We do not purchase, scrape, or otherwise acquire real consumer datasets. No names, addresses, phone numbers, or personally identifiable information from real humans is involved in persona creation or simulation.
We know trust is earned, not claimed. That is why our privacy practices are simple: your data stays yours, our personas are fake by design, and we have no business model that depends on abusing either.
