TestSynthia runs on usage-based credits. You buy response credits or a subscription, and we deliver simulations against those credits. No hidden fees, no surprise renewals.
Our simulations are built on 100% synthetic AI personas. They produce fast, affordable directional feedback — not a substitute for real-world validation or professional advice.
You own the surveys, ideas, and results you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to run the platform for you — nothing more.
No scraping, no abusing the simulation engine, no illegal or deceptive research. Break these rules and we may suspend or terminate your account.
Agreement
By accessing or using TestSynthia (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TestSynthia. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. Plans and pricing are described on our pricing page and may include subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups.
Response credits are consumed as simulations run. Credits purchased are tied to your account and may expire according to the terms of the plan you purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment and billing providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Content & IP
You retain all rights to the survey questions, product ideas, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you.
Simulation outputs (persona responses, analyses, reports) belong to you and may be used without restriction. The Service itself — including our models, personas, software, branding, and website content — remains the property of TestSynthia and its licensors.
AI disclaimer
TestSynthia produces results from synthetic AI personas, not real humans. Results are directional estimates designed to help you iterate faster and cheaper — they are not statistical guarantees of market performance.
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on simulation results. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or investment decisions.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if your use of the Service creates risk or legal exposure for us.
When reasonable and lawful, we will notify you before suspension or termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestSynthia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
